MISSION

Our goal is to empower organizations to build more inclusive, aligned, engaged, optimized (thus more productive and healthy) workplaces.

We do this by leveraging over 10 years of educational and applied knowledge in the area of Business, Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, Consulting, Wellness, Healthcare, Fashion, and Speaking. I hold a Masters Degree in Human Resources along with multiple certifications.

My work in Talent Strategy has impacted as few as 300 employees and 4 HR professionals to over 30,000 employees and 150+ HR professionals within 4 years at Fortune 100 & 500 companies and beyond.

In addition to my professional life, I am an Adele of Poetry, Health-Conscious Foodie (who still enjoys her pizza), Proud Aunt of 4 (including a great aunt). I have a deep appreciation for skincare/beauty, health & wellness, real estate, art, dance, and learning & growing.
