MISSION

My goal is to empower organizations to build more diverse, aligned, engaged, optimized, and inclusive (thus more productive and healthy) workplaces.

I believe in the importance of data driven decision-making balanced with judgement and people considerations. For this reason, I offer a unique combination of Technology supported People solution alongside People Oriented Consultative Expertise.

I do this by leveraging over 10 years of educational and applied knowledge in the area of Business, Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, Consulting, Wellness, Healthcare, Fashion, and Speaking. I hold a Masters Degree in Human Resources along with multiple certifications.

My work in Talent Strategy has impacted as few as 300 employees and 4 HR professionals to over 30,000 employees and 150+ HR professionals within 4 years at Fortune 100 & 500 companies and beyond.

In addition to my professional life, I am an Adele of Poetry, Health-Conscious Foodie (who still enjoys her pizza), Proud Aunt of 4 (including a great aunt). I have a deep appreciation for skincare/beauty, health & wellness, real estate, art, dance, and learning & growing.
