BOOKING A CONSULTING OR SPEAKING SERVICE
PRIOR TO BECOMING A NEW CONSULTING OR SPEAKING CLIENT, YOU WILL need to COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING STEPS WITHIN THE DISCOVERY PROCESS:
The overall process includes a completion of a New Client Intake Assessment Form, Booking and Attending a Discovery Call, an Invitation to work together (if mutual fit), Contract & Payment Terms Discussed and Arranged (for most services payment is due upfront; for select services, 3 to 4 payment installments are available), Contract Signed, Payment Satisfied. These steps are key to ensure a positive client and consultant experience.
PREPARE FOR CLIENT DISCOVERY PROCESS (15-MIN)
You can prepare yourself for the Discovery Process and New Client Intake Assessment Process by Deciding which service you would like to focus on over the next 3-12 months. Please be aware that Human Resources is more than just “hiring and firing employees.” There is an entire employee-life cycle that as a CEO, Leader, Manager you will want familiarize yourself with how you, your team, your leadership, your culture can impact each stage of the employee life cycle. With that being said, come into the Discovery Process, with 1-3 Target areas that you would like to focus on. Really take some time reflecting on your current state in business, operations, and your people processes. The assessment and I will ask you questions that will naturally draw this information out but it also helps if you have given this some thought.
Prepare yourself mentally and financially. Be realistic about your timeline, budget, and expectations. Large Employers allocate six figures on one single Sr. HR professional.
It is not practical to expect million-dollar talent results in a week or a month or vastly under budget. There will be some immediate wins and there may be more complex problems that require more strategic and implementation efforts. A consultant will guide you on the paths most appropriate whether that means having your internal team work on the execution pieces and/or our team work alongside you.
Proper execution will require strategy, a team, a financial investment, and the systems to streamline and measure progress. There is no getting around investing financially, time, and energetically. Be sure to review the Consulting Pricing Structure and Payment Options.
COMPLETE NEW CLIENT INTAKE ASSESSMENT FORM (30-45 MIN)
The purpose of the Client Intake Assessment Forms is to empower you to articulate and clarify your goals while also equipping me with information around your goals, budget, timeline and expectations.
Thoroughly completing these forms in great detail (prior to booking a Discovery Call) will enable us to maximize our time together. These forms must be received in order to hold your appointment or provide any further recommendations.
STEP 1: BOOK A DISOVERY CALL (15-MIN)
The purpose of the Discovery Process is to identify your goals, budget, timeline and expectations as well as inform you on your consulting service options based on your needs as well as relay my expectations of you as a client should we both mutually decide to move forward. Depending on your goals, you will book a
Talent Strategy Discovery Call (if you need Talent Consulting Services) or a
Speaking Discovery Call (if you need a Speaking Services)
STEP 2: ATTEND DISCOVERY CALL (15-MIN)
Since you have completed the required forms and booked the discovery call, then it is time to attend your discovery call appointment. Upon booking the Discovery Call, you should have received an email confirmation and meeting link. Be sure to remember this appointment and save it to your calendar as you are not guaranteed to receive an email reminder.
Please remember, completing your forms in advance is how we both prepare for the Discovery Call. Come prepared to speak to your responses and ask any outstanding questions about services or working together. Please note that I expect you to be on time for the Discovery Call. After a 5 min-grace period, the appointment will be automatically cancelled. Rescheduling may not be possible for repeat no-shows or late attendance. Should you show up 5 or more minutes late, no additional time will be added to your session. There will also not be a refund or payment deduction.
Again, the session is intended to provide you with recommendations on a path forward as it relates to consulting service options. At this stage, the typical next step would be to

Book Strategy Session, then
Book a VIP Day/ Full Day Working Sessions or Workshop.
STEP 3: INVITATION & DECISION (15-MIN)
Should we mutually decide that working together is a fit, you will be invited to work with me. At that time, I will provide you with 2-3 recommended paths for working together along with the price, timeline, and what you can expect in terms of value and experience. I will also share expectations for you as a client. You will be informed about Payment Terms and Options. Depending on the service, payment may be due upfront or in 3 to 4 equal installments. There are no refunds on services rendered.
STEP 4: CONTRACT & PAYMENT (15-MIN)
Once we mutually agree to client/consultant working agreement and payment terms, you will be presented with a written (digital) contract prior to our 15-min contract session. To hold your contract appointment, you need to review the agreement and provide me with a list of any questions you have regarding the contract (in advance) to be discussed during our call.
To hold your consulting spot, contract must be signed, and payment satisfied during the session. (whether that be in full and/or a deposit for services with 3 to 4 payment installment arrangement)
