SHORT VS LONG-TERM TALENT SOLUTIONS

SHORT TERM
An Example of a Short-Term Solution would be working together for a half day, full-day, or 2 full days as a working session (virtually or in person) to tackle your goals in a shorter time frame. Short-Term require billing (payment method on file via a secured payment processor) and a contract to secure pricing.
Payment terms may vary by pricing and offering. Payment terms are pay upfront (and save) or pay in 3-4 total equal installments (at a higher rate). A deposit is required to secure the service at the rate quoted. If a payment plan is selected, the remaining payments are due within 30 days of deposit. Services will begin once deposit is satisfied and the first payments are successfully received. Final Deliverables/Output will be rendered once all payments have been satisfied in full. There are No Refunds.
Short Term Talent Solutions are most effective when people goals can be achieved in under a year such as a 4-Hour Workshop, a 1 Hour-Training, On-Going 60-Minute Consultations Packages around People Strategy, Working Sessions to Implement Talent Strategy (as with an 8 hour working session/VIP Day). Longer term people changes and processes that require year over year implementation and pulsing are also an option.
LONG TERM
An example of a Long Term Solution would be working together on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis to reach longer-term goals in 2-hour, 4-hour, 8-hour or 16- hour increments per engagements. Long-Term solutions may be eligible for certain saving options depending on service and do require reoccurring billing (payment method on file via a secured payment processor) and a contract to secure the long-term pricing. Payment terms are pay upfront (and save) or pay in 3-4 total equal installments. A deposit is required to secure the service at the rate quoted. If a payment plan is selected, the remaining payments are due within 30 days of deposit . Services will begin once deposit is satisfied and the first payments are successful received. Final Deliverables/Output will be rendered once all payments have been satisfied in full. There are No Refunds. Longer Term Solutions may include Organizational Restructuring, Employee Engagement & Culture Development and Measurement, Succession Planning, longer term people and process changes.
